Membership Meeting
Membership Meeting--in conjunction with Plantcetera Plant Info Day at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.  Come hear  award-winning hybridizer Jack Worel  talk about  “Extending the growing season for Iris in Minnesota.”  Jack and Tim will be taking the stage in the Macmillan Auditorium at 2:15 pm.  We will host a brief membership meeting around our display table immediately after.  Come join the fun for the day which runs from 10 am to 4 pm.

Plan to tour the Arboretum Gardens in Chanhassen and Roseville (see Display Gardens)

American Iris Society National Convention

British Columbia, Canada

Show preparation day at Bachman’s Heritage Room starting at 2 pm until store closes.  Contact Show Chairs Bill Dougherty & Bob Reed to help with set up.

Mid-Season Iris Show, Bachman’s Heritage Room.  Employee Entrance access at 7am Saturday for staging (See Show Schedule).  Judging starts at 10 am.  Public viewing from 11 am to 5 pm.  Horticultural and Artistic Design sections (iris provided for use by designers).  Sunday public viewing from 10 am to 4 pm.  Teardown starts at 4 pm.

Dig at MN Landscape Arboretum
Iris Demonstration Gardens 7am to 5 pm.  Diggers get “paid” with unique iris for their own gardens.  Lunch provided at Picnic Shelter.

Sale at Minnesota Landscape Arboretum’s Flower Fest. 

Saturday hours: MEMBERS ONLY 9 am to 10 am; Public 10 am to 4 pm.  Sunday hours: 10 am to 4 pm.  Sales helpers get “paid” with unique iris for their own gardens.
